By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Local towing and vehicle recovery
  • Consensual towing
  • Vehicles impound and storage
  • Dispatch services
  • Domestic vehicle transportation
  • International vehicle shipping, including RoRo and container transport

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 General Fees

Customers are responsible for all charges related to services, including but not limited to:

  • Towing and recovery fees
  • Storage and impound fees
  • Dispatch fees
  • Carrier transport fees
  • Delay fees
  • Address change fees
  • Dock and port fees
  • Forklift fees
  • Non-runner vehicle fees
  • Container fees
  • Customs or clearance-related fees

2.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted via credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, cash, certified funds, wire transfer, or other methods specified at the time of service or invoicing.

2.3 Local Towing – Cash Only for Impound & Storage

  • If a consensual tow results in non-payment and the vehicle is impounded or placed into storage, all impound and storage fees must be paid in cash only.
  • Credit cards, debit cards, or electronic payments will not be accepted for vehicle release in these situations.

This policy is in place to prevent fraud, chargebacks, and disputed transactions.

2.4 Non-Payment and Lien Rights

  • Vehicles may be held, stored, repossessed, or sold in accordance with Georgia law for unpaid towing, storage, or related fees.
  • Storage fees accrue daily until full payment is made.
  • Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full using an approved payment method.

3. Dispatch and Domestic Transportation

  • Customers are responsible for all carrier-related costs and fees.
  • Dispatch fees are non-refundable once a load is posted or assigned.
  • Address changes, delays, or special handling requests may result in additional charges.
  • Pull Up Towing and Recovery may require full prepayment or certified funds for high-risk or delayed accounts.

4. International Shipping (RoRo and Container)

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• All carrier transport fees • Port, dock, and terminal fees • Container and handling fees • Storage and delay charges • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees

4.2 Required Documentation

We may require the following before shipment:

  • Vehicle purchase receipt or bill of sale
  • Copy of passport
  • Consignee legal documentation
  • Delivery address
  • Letters of authorization
  • Any additional documents required by customs officials, ports, or law enforcement

Failure to provide required documents may result in shipment delays or cancellation with fees remaining due.

4.3 Shipping Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, fines, or holds caused by customs or foreign authorities.
  • Insurance is strongly recommended for international shipments.
  • Liability is limited to the coverage provided by the carrier.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must disclose if a vehicle is non-operational.
  • Vehicles may be inspected and photographed before and after service.
  • Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery.

6. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Disputes

  • Customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Any disputed charge for services rendered remains payable.
  • Customers agree to indemnify Pull Up Towing and Recovery against losses resulting from fraud or false disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, carriers, ports, or customs
  • Acts of third-party carriers
  • Loss or damage outside our direct control

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, along with applicable federal and international shipping regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
