This disclosure is provided in compliance with Georgia towing and lien laws.

01 Vehicle Impound & Storage

Vehicles towed or recovered may be placed into storage or impound if payment is not received at the time of service or as agreed.

For local towing services, if a consensual tow results in non-payment and the vehicle is impounded or placed into storage:

All impound and storage fees must be paid in cash only.
Credit cards, debit cards, ACH, or electronic payments will not be accepted for vehicle release.

This policy is in place to prevent fraud and payment disputes.

Storage fees accrue daily until the vehicle is released.
The customer is responsible for all accrued fees regardless of vehicle pickup delay.

Pull Up Towing and Recovery reserves the right to:

Retain Possession of the vehicle

File a Lien on title/registration

Repossess/Sell to limit losses

All actions will be conducted in accordance with Georgia law for unpaid towing, recovery, and storage fees.

Vehicles will not be released until:

I acknowledge and understand the Georgia lien, impound, storage, and cash-only payment policies.

I have reviewed and accepted all applicable agreements and disclosures and authorize Pull Up Towing and Recovery to proceed with services.
